• Hourly rate - from £50; the rate may vary in respect of location and type of work

• Day rate - for jobs that require more than just a couple of hours. The rate will be agreed with you in advance

• Fixed price - usually on bigger jobs that require several days of work. The price will be estimated and agreed with you in advance

• 20% mark up on materials supplied by me

• Estimates - generally free. However some estimates may be charged depending on the nature of the work and location. Any charge applied will be deducted from the final invoice if and when estimated works are carried out.
